Yellow Mustard Powder (YMP) is flavorful, sweet and hot, it has none of the bitterness of conventional mustard flour. Also used in the production of mayonnaise, sauces, dressings, spice mixtures, and meat products. It is useful for thickening including binding oil and water. This product is Kosher and Halal certified and contains over 40% more protein than conventional mustard flour.
