The workshops are constructed in accordance with 5S standards to strictly guarantee the quality and safety of the products. Taifoong has established and complete high-standard food safety control and product processing system. The quality of our products is in line with European Union, Japanese and American standards. We trace the product quality from the source, pay attention to every link from raw materials to production and processing, to ensure the food safety for customers and end consumers. Quality Control Department is born with the establishment of TAIFOONG, and grows with the development of the company. QC department now has 10 staffs, including 2 BRC inter auditors, 1 ISO22000 inter auditors, 1 ISO9001 inter auditor, 2 pest control specialists. The Laboratory has 2 sets of liquid chromatography, 2 sets of Spectro-photometer, 1 set of gravimetry instrument, 2 sets of autoclaving instruments, 6 sets of constant temperature incubators, 3 sets of thermostatic drier boxes, vibrating screens etc. Quality control department undertakes the inspection of raw materials arrived factory, inspection of production process of semi-finished product, inspection of finished product and testing and verification of samples.
