The origin of Farga variety is very old, tradition assures that it already existed at the time of the Arabs in the Baix Ebre – Montsià Regions. The edaphoclimatic characteristics of the area influence the cultivation of this variety, obtaining as a result, a characteristic oil of great sensory richness.
