These natural raw almonds are sourced from farms which are currently working on obtaining their organic certification. Their certification process can take up to 3 years so they follow organic farming practises and grow their almonds as sustainably as possible but have bot quite yet got organic 'certification'. These raw natural transitional almonds are selected carefully, shelled and dried at low temperatures to ensure their natural goodness and high nutritional content is preserved. Almonds are a highly nutritious tree nut rich in healthy fats, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Almonds are such a great source of magnesium and high in fibre and healthy fats. Because of their high protein content they are great to eat as a nutritious snack during the day or add them to your home-made muesli recipes, our raw granola bars or roast them with a little tamari for a healthy, tasty quick snack.
