Coconut Water - Has a single strength with a natural average of 4.5–5.5 brix and processed through either aseptic UHT or retort. - With UHT, the product has a shelf-life of 12–18 months at ambient temperatures. It comes in a 20kg bag in box or 200kg bag in drum sizes. - Retort processed coconut water is available in 330mL or 500mL sizes. Coconut Water Concentrate - Comes at 60 brix which is 12x more than our single-strength coconut water. - Consistently comes in hazy pale yellowish brown color and is frozen to prevent discoloration. - Packed and shipped in 200L steel drums or 20L plastic pails.
