In a highly industrialized area such as Camp de Tarragona, Carles and Xavi are encouraged to transform the estate El Tros to the cultivation into super intensive, with the planting of the Arbosana variety, a variety originated from the Penedès (Catalonia). This begins the new common adventure of the oldest and youngest of the family.

In order to participate with an improvement in environmental sustainability and reduction in the impact on the environment, we have collaborated with the EURECAT technology center in the search for innovative packaging for olive oil (study 2021-021350, Advice prospective for the eco-design of a sustainable packaging). To this end, we have carried out a joint project comparing the different alternatives for the packaging of olive oil, finally choosing the Bag-in box system for having seen that this packaging has a very low environmental impact.
