WINEMAKING Direct pressing and fermentation with temperature control – stirring of the dregs at the end of fermentation. TASTING NOTES A Sauvignon with pale yellow colour with green tints. On the palate, we find citrus fruit flavours (lemon, pomelo) and vegetable aromas (boxwood, jasmine).
