Turkey's exports to the UAE increased by 52.4% in February compared to January and rose to USD 303 million 242 thousand. Exports to the UAE increased by 29.1% compared to last year. In the January-February 2022 comparison, cereals, pulses, oilseeds, and products increased by 79% from USD 8,715.74 to USD 15,600.54, aquaculture and animal products increased by 38.3%, from USD 9,604.66 to USD 13,282.38.
UAE became the 17th country to which Turkey exports the most in February. In January, the UAE was the 18th country with the highest export volume. After the visit of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to Turkey in 2021, President Erdogan visited the UAE with a commercial delegation last month.
