This plan allows you to gain full access to all of the market intelligence of your chosen product’s market page. This will include curated news and analysis, offer price history, curated data analysis, Tridge reports & market guides and Wholesale price trends, trade data and tariff data.
This plan allows you to buy quota as much as you need. One quota will allow you to access one market page that you will get “Premium Access” to. For every market page of your choice that you have “Premium Access”, you will be able to enjoy all the benefits of this plan.
I am only interested in sending order requests. Do I need to upgrade?
Submitting your Request for Quotations is possible for basic plan users. However, your access to our Fulfillment Market Intelligence is limited. The Offer Prices, Wholesale Price Data, Market Updates, Tridge Analysis & Report, and Trade Data, comprises information that will help you in coming up with the best decision for your sourcing needs.

What is ‘quota’?
One quota can be used to get one premium access to one market page. One quota refers to the single premium access to the market page.
Will I be able to access only one market page per quota for the entire plan period?
No, if you would like to access another market page, you can modify the market page after 30 days have passed after the most recent market page selection. For instance, if you changed your market page today, you would have to wait 30 days until you can change the market page once again.
Is the price for the plan dependent on the amount of quota?

How can I manage my quota?
You can manage your quota by going to ‘Your Market’ page through the ‘Manage’ link at the sidebar. From there, you will be able to check your current quotas and to control the amount of quota that you possess according to your needs.
What is the “Bookmark” feature?
Why do I need to bookmark markets?
Bookmarking markets allows you to get faster access to markets since they’ll be added to the sidebar. We recommend that you bookmark markets to get latest offer updates, get personalized content and data, and receive relevant notifications for the markets that matter to you.
How many fulfillment markets can I bookmark?
We do not have a limit to the number of markets that you can bookmark. Please feel free to navigate our market page for all of your needed products.

By upgrading your plan, you will have access to all the price data that Tridge provides for the product. The exact time period of the price data is varied depending on the product.
How frequently is the price data updated?
We are updating our price data everyday and provide our data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. However, the exact frequency of the price data update is varied depending on the product.

How can I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling subscriptions is possible, however the subscription cannot come to effect directly on the day that you make the cancellation and your plan will continue for the remaining days of the current period that the payment was already made for. After you make a cancellation, the payment for the next period will not be made.
