Our suppliers are verified using both state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, and manual validation methods done through our global network of local experts.

Suppliers on our platform are required to meet comparatively high standards in order to register for membership, publish profiles, list product and engage with our system.

What can I do with an offer from a supplier?

If you are a subscriber or paid for one-time inquiry, you will receive multiple offers for your request. You must select one of the three options provided to continue.

1. Accept
- If all conditions of the offer are acceptable by your side, you can accept the offer within the validity period and move forward. Then ‘Order’ will be made and you can start communicating with supplier for the further details.

2. Give Feedback
- Select this option to reject the offer and send feedbacks to the supplier who made this offer. This selection is most used when the buyer would like to first reject the offer and discuss on the negotiation conditions or periods.

3. Talk & Negotiate
- Select this option to discuss more about the offer with the supplier before rejecting or accepting it.
How will Engagement Managers (Tridge's local experts) help me with my deals?

Our Engagement Managers will not be directly involved with your communication with the supplier once the connection has been made. That is, the Engagement Manager will not participate in deal negotiations. However, if your supplier is not responsive to your request within the expected time period, the Engagement Manger will directly contact the supplier push the communication forward. Please refer to the question "What should I do if suppliers are not responsive?" for more details.
What if I don't need the submitted product any longer when my plan is still active?

If you don't need to receive offers for a selected product any more, you will be able to change to another product 30 days after the product slot has been activated.
How is Tridge different from other trading platform?

What should I do if suppliers are not responsive?

Your supplier will receive automated alert notification that reminds them to follow up on communications awating. If you do not hear from your supplier within the expected time period, please report to us through the reporting page. The responsible Engagement Manger will contact the supplier directly as soon as possible.
What are communication tools and channels with supplier?

You will have full unlimited access to Tridge communication tools including Direct Messaging, Calling the office or mobile number and Group Conference Calls for your direct communication with the supplier you have been connected with.
