How can I delete or edit my post or comment?

You can delete or edit your post or comment by clicking on the View More icon on the right side of your post. Click Edit or Delete to perform either action.

What does the check mark next to the company name mean?

The verification check mark signifies that this company is verified by Tridge. Tridge verifies the identity of the company by reviewing the company’s business registration certificate and to confirm whether the company has been acknowledged and certified by valid institutions worldwide.

Can I customize my feed?

You may customize your feed by following different users so that the users activities may be prioritized on your feed. You may follow the user by clicking Follow on the user card.

I encountered disturbing contents on my feed. How can I report it?

You may report disturbing contents on the feed by clicking the View More icon on the right side of the post. Click Report and select the reason why you want to report the post’s contents. Leave a remark for any more details you want to deliver to the Tridge team. Click Submit and our team will review the contents and take the appropriate actions.

What are verification details?

Verification details are additional information that you can refer to further validate the company’s identity firsthand. Verification details consist of basic sources such as company website, SNS account, and business registration number, which are open for inspection. Verification details also includes information about what types of documents the company submitted for review. The documents reviewed section will only show documents that have been submitted and thus approved after reviewed directly by our staff. However, please always remember to use your best judgement before engaging in a business deal.

I encountered a technical error during a video call. How can I troubleshoot video call errors?

If you encounter a technical error during a video call please try to refresh the meeting page first as it might be due to an internet connection issue. If the meeting page still shows an error, please report the error through contact support.

What happened to business cards and my contact history?

Due to the launch of Social Marketplace in September 2023, the business card feature is no longer available. You can view your past contact history in the Activities page of your Buyer dashboard.

Where can I see the RFQs that I created and whether or not I received any quotes from suppliers?

You may view the list of RFQs you created and manage any quotes from suppliers on the RFQ page of the Buyer Dashboard.

Where do you source Price Data?

Our wholesale prices come from many validated sources like the ministries of agriculture of different countries, local wholesale market representatives, local buyers and suppliers, and more.

How can I download the Price Data in CSV?

Only premium users can download price data in CSV. We support data download via Price Widgets on the Intelligence Dashboard and in the Price Chart in the Domestic Price Data section.

Where do you source Trade & Tariff Data?

Where do you source Trade Data?

Trade Data (both monthly and yearly data for products at 2, 4, and 6-digit levels of the Harmonized System) is sourced from UN Comtrade, an official global repository of international trade statistics, and from the local customs offices across different countries.

Where do you source Tariff Data?

Tariff Data (6-digit Harmonized code and National Tariff Line code) is based on International Trade Center (ITC) data and from the official customs database of each country.

How can I download the Trade Data in CSV?

Only premium users can download price data in CSV. We support data download via Price Widgets on the Intelligence Dashboard and in the Price Chart in the Domestic Price Data section.

Where do you source Production Data?

Production Data is from the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and is based on the FAO code structure. This includes production value, volume, and yearly farm gate prices.

Where do you source Seasonality Data?

Seasonality Data is sourced directly from Tridge's fulfillment operations. Through facilitating trades all over the world, they have the capability to gather, examine, and process reliable seasonal data that reflects that actual harvest season of the key markets that produce each product.

What payment methods do you support?

The following payment methods are available: (1) bank transfers, and (2) card payments, both debit and credit.
For bank transfers, you may leave an inquiry via LiveChat in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.
For card payments, please contact our sales representative who can guide you through the process.

How can I change my credit card details?

Simply reach out to us and we can provide a link to a secure page where you can edit your credit card details.

How can I cancel my plan?

Plan cancellation is available upon request. Note that cancellation takes effect for your next payment due date. Your plan will stay active until the end of your current billing cycle then will get cancelled accordingly.

By choosing specific products to follow for Insights, you can enjoy a personalized feed on your Insights home and receive a Daily Market Digest that aligns with your preferences.

What are the types of content I can browse in Insights?

There are six different content types within Insights, including News, On-the-Ground Updates, Opinions, Analyses, Reports, and Guides.

How can I get more refined search results?

You can enter specific keywords into the search bar at the top of the Insights section and further refine your search results using advanced filters.

What is News?

In Insights, Tridge collects and automatically classifies a broad spectrum of local agricultural news from diverse countries. This allows you to access the latest information within each market, including updates on policy, business, technology, and more.

What are On-the-Ground Updates?

On-the-Ground Updates are collected and reported by Tridge's own fulfillment team, actively engaged in real transactions within the fields. These updates offer insights into the current market situations for various agricultural commodities.

What are Opinions?

Opinions consist of editorials covering trending agricultural topics, delivered by Tridge's best-in-class global market analysts.

What are Analyses?

Analyses cover current agricultural market trends and noteworthy events, providing a unique perspective through Tridge's analytical lens.
