What is a Premium plan?
A Premium plan is a yearly subscription plan for additional premium benefits on Social Marketplace. With the Premium plan, the supplier may utilize the premium profile, freely message buyers, and also submit unlimited number of quotes to buyer RFQs. To learn more about the details of the Premium plan, refer to the comparison table above.
I am currently on a plan. When does my next payment occur?
Your next payment will occur at the end of your subscription period when your yearly plan is over. Your next payment will occur on the last day of your ongoing subscription. You can check your payment date and next billing date on the premium profile page of your Supplier Dashboard.
Where can I see the quotes that I submitted?
You may view the Quotes you submitted on the Quotes page of your Supplier Dashboard. You may access your Supplier Dashboard through the menu icon at the top left of the screen. Manage your quotes by checking whether the buyer is interested in your product or creating new quotes for newly uploaded RFQs all through the Quotes page.
What is the difference between a basic and a premium profile?
Through a basic profile a supplier may showcase only basic company and product information. With the premium profile, however, the supplier may further upgrade their branding to another level and showcase their company and product information in much more detail. The premium profile also includes custom-made company videos such as the intro video, the representative video, and the 360° virtual tour. How do I publish my premium profile?
You need to first fill out the required sections in order to publish the premium profile in the Social Marketplace. The required sections of the premium profile are the following: Thumbnail Image, Intro Image/Video, Company Information, Products, Our People, and Why Us. Once all the sections are filled out, the publish button will be enabled and you may publish your premium profile.
What happens when I unpublish my premium profile?
While your premium profile is unpublished your profile will no longer be accessible in the Social Marketplace. You may unpublish your premium profile for short periods of time if there are any updates that need to be made. However, we do not recommend leaving it unpublished for long. Please make sure to republish your profile once all the updates have been properly made.
