In 2021, 1,059 MT of Turkish anchovy were exported to 25 countries in 4 months

During the 2021-2022 harvest season, 1,059 MT of anchovy were exported in 4 months, earning USD 4.671 million. Compared to the previous year, there is an increase of 49 % in quantity and 33 % in income. The main destination countries of the Turkish anchovy were Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, and Azerbaijan.
