Turkish strawberry exporters set their sights to Russia and Romania

The strawberry harvest is underway in Hatay and the exporters have set their sights to Romania and Russia as their main export target destinations. Growers note that there is also some interest in their products from Poland.

The strawberry production in the area takes place in 250 hectares and the wholesale price ranges currently between 0.60 to 0.90 USD.
