Quebec falling short of supplies due to Ramadan

Due to the Islamic fasting holiday of Ramadan, there is a shortage of high energy foods such as dates and its byproducts, almonds, flour and etc, in the province of Quebec. The source of these products are mainly the Middle East, and with the pandemic closing down major HUBs in UAE, it has been difficult to source these products.
