In a bid to curb the influx of goods and people during the COVID epidemic, the federal government of Nigeria has placed a ban on cargo flights to and from the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos, and Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja. This has put a hold on the export of all fresh produce from the most commercial airports in Nigeria.
