Mandatory quarantine complicates office work

The mandatory quarantine that is supposed to last until March 31st (although it is most likely to be extended), is affecting the normal operations of citrus producers/exporters. Special permits need to be issued for employees to be able to go outside their homes, and so companies are having a difficult time gathering a full staff at their Headquarters.
