Anchovy yields fall down during the rainy season

Anchovies can be found in the area of Pangkor Island, Langkawi Island and Sabah in Malaysia. They are amongst the most commonly exported fish from Malaysia. They can be caught all year round however the yield decrease during the rainy season. Malaysian anchovies are widely exported to sea countries especially Singapore, Brunei and Vietnam.
