Singapore, which imports 90% of its total fruit and vegetables for domestic consumption, is currently in short supply due to the closure of almost all SEA countries. For this reason, Singapore is trying to plant vegetables such as spinach on the roofs of buildings and parking lots as a substitute, at least until the COVID19 problems in the SEA countries are resolved.
