Demand for pork and chicken meat peaked in Hungary as a reaction to COVID-19

Increased demand caused extraordinary peaks in the turnover of a few product groups in the recent weeks in Hungary as a reaction to the appearance of COVID-19 in the country. In the first wave buyers were looking for oil, flour, dry pasta, sugar and UHT milk, in the second wave the demand of chicken and pork meat has peaked.
