Export of fresh fruits and vegetables from Vietnam are impacted by the spread of COVID19 pandemic. One of the main markets for the fresh produce was China which witnessed a reduction of 60.8% reduction in the market share. Fruit and vegetable export to China in the first 4 months of this year only reached the US $ 745.1 million which is approximately 29.2% less than last year. Although exports to Thailand, the United States and Japan have increased sharply but. it was unable to compensate for the reduced market share of China.
