The joint professional complex for grain and the marine carrier "Ton - Ship" agreed to create a direct sea line between the port of Sfax and the port of Tripoli (Libya), starting from April 26, 2020, to export the Tunisian crops.
The Ministry of Agriculture revealed, in a communication, that the complex and the maritime carrier agreed, in light of the continued closure of the Tunisian land borders with Libya and Algeria due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus, to establish the line, which takes 48 hours during the trip, in exchange for a price consistent with the volume of containers transported.
