Poland egg producers are switching to the production of barn eggs

More and more egg producers in Poland are switching to the production of barn eggs instead of caged hens' eggs. This is due to the greater demand for better quality eggs. The technology of barn egg production reduces the volume of the production, while it allows to obtain higher income from their sale.
