Failed attempts on cultivating Persimmon in the Malaysian highlands

Persimmon is a fruit that can only be grown in 4 seasons and does not suit the Malaysian climate. In the Malaysian highlands, various methods have been used to conduct experiments with fruit-bearing persimmon. But all of them find a dead end because the tree does not bear fruit and grows. Malaysia is currently importing persimmons from Korea, China, and Japan to meet the high demand for the domestic market. These countries currently account for almost 90% of global persimmon production.
