Outbreak of the African swine disease in Nigeria.

Pig farms are been ravaged with the African swine fever in Nigeria. It was first spotted in Oke Aro pig settlement in the western Nigeria. it is the largest pig settlement in West Africa with a collection of small holder farmers. Thousands of pigs have been lost to the outbreak and it has now spread to the Eastern region of the country.
The outbreak of the Africa swine has happened in the past but there is presently no known vaccine for the disease.
