Cow milk demand has decreased in Turkey as cafes and restaurants are shut down due to the Covid19 outbreak. As a result, cow milk stocks of suppliers continue to increase and the stock costs start to be a burden for the suppliers.

Globally milk powder prices are also decreasing due to the Covid19 outbreak. Non-fat cow milk powder prices went down by 23% in Germany and became 2,033 EUR per ton. In the Netherlands, the price went down by 26% down to 1,935 EUR per ton.
