Abnormal price spike for the Ugandan Sesame Seed weeks before the country's presidential elections

Despite the Oilseed's price fall in the prime markets like China, Sesame Seed prices in Uganda abnormally spike up before the presidential elections on 14 January.

It is because the political situation is unpredictable after the presidential elections, so farmers are trying their best to increase prices and save for whatever bad situation that may occur after the elections.
