Argentina as a new destination for Peruvian products

During the firs semester 2020, Peruvian exports to Argentina were 2,035 gross tonnes, four times the exported volume in the same period 2019.
Even though Argentina is an agricultural country that exports more than US$15 billion worldwide each year, it has become a destination for Peruvian products.
The main Peruvian products exported to Argentina during the first half of the year were pepper (41% share), avocado (17% share), and quinoa (11%).
