Most of the shipments made to the Asian nation are made up of soybeans and frozen beef. With regards to pork, in the first half of 2020, Argentina exported products of U$13.9M. Total purchases of U$7,391M, which represents a share of just 0.1%. In September 2019, a protocol of sanitary requirements was signed to enable entry into China of soybean meal from Argentina, although so far Chinese Customs did not enable the entry of the main Argentine export product.
