Local Canadian production of hothouse bell peppers (red, yellow, green bell) ended in W50. Canadians will have to rely on shade house production from Mexico from W51 onwards. Red bell pepper is the most demanded in Canada, but in W50, it is the bell pepper with the least availability. Imported supply for all bell pepper colors that will be enough to cover demand is expected in 2 weeks.
