Canadian lobster supply meeting demand early into spring season

Nearly two weeks into the Spring lobster season in Nova Scotia, suppliers have reported good weather leading to a strong catch. This has helped keep lobster prices stable as global demand remains strong with the return of restaurant services across parts of Canada, the US, Asia, and Europe.
