The Indonesian exporter of cardamom is preparing for the increased demand from the end of March 2023. The buyers and importers from China have contacted the Indonesian exporters to check the level of stock and supplies from farmers. In W11, the prices have started to show an upward trend of around 1-2% from prices in February 2023 and will continue to increase. Exporters expect demand to return to volume levels and to reach the same price level in 2021.
