From January to March 2023, cassava had the highest supply in the Thai market, accounting for approximately 60% of the total supply. And after March 2023, Thailand's supply of cassava declined, leading to a significant increase in demand. The harvest season of cassava ended in W22. Cassava plantations receive consistent rain, which affects the quality and percentage of cassava starch, with an average of 17-22% starch.
