Central Valley apricot harvest picking up

Apricots in the Fresno region of California's Central Valley have started being picked and the harvest will ramp up towards the end of this week. The organic varieties have been reported to have good color and blush, however sizing is on the smaller side. This said, there is plenty of availability of smaller and medium-sized fruit.
