Higher Farmers’ Prices for Live Broiler Chicken in W21 Due to Increased Demand in Thailand

Thai Farmers' prices for live broiler chicken were marginally higher in W21 than in W20 as the demand correlates to the products released in the market. The prognosis for W23's price is to stabilize or decrease slightly. The average price of broiler chicken sold by Thai farmers increased to USD 1.313/kg (THB 45.30/kg) in W21 from USD 1.311/kg (THB 45.24/kg) in W20, representing a 0.13% WoW increase.
