The spot prices for Chilean Trim D salmon rose up 0.20/kg USD, which makes a total of $7.48 USD/kg for the main market destinations, United States and China, meanwhile Brazilian shipments presented a dip.

This very decrease was due to the Trucking strike late in week 35 and 36 followed by the public holiday in Chile.

On the other hand, Chinese prices bounced back somehow in week 37 and prices for Fresh Salmon of 6kg+ delivered and with freight costs to Shanghai rose up $0.11/kg USD to $7.25 USD/kg.

Chilean suppliers still wait for market price to settle.
