During W10, the Chinese market did not show any changes. The confirmation of a mad cow case in Pará, Brazil, did not change the expectations of Brazilian agents who forecast the reopening of exports at the end of March with the visit of the President of Brazil to China. Chinese demand was more active for Argentine and Uruguayan beef, but no price changes occurred. Demand for alternative proteins such as pork and chicken was more active.
