The weather conditions and low temperatures in southern Spain negatively affect the yields. There is a shortage in salad products like Iceberg and other specialties like Lollo Rosso, Lollo Bionda, Read Oak, and Mini Romain. This also affects baby leaf crops like Spinach, Rocket, etc. The weather forecast indicates that the temperature will remain low for at least one more week. Farmers are harvesting unripe crops to meet the demand.
