Costa Rican papaya to conquer Canada and Europe

Papaya hibrido Pococí also known as papaya perfecta, is a variety developed and grown only in Costa Rica. Its great taste and sweetness have conquered the Canadian market with an estimate of 90% of the import share. With the government's support, Papaya growers are increasing their production volumes and are focusing their efforts to reach new markets in Europe.
