The price of cumin seeds in Egypt rose to USD 161.82 per ton (EGP 5000/ton) in Feb-24, an increase from USD 97.09/ton (EGP 3000/ton) in Nov-23. This growth can be attributed to the inflation of the United States (US) dollar against the Egyptian pound (EGP).
