Morocco is expected to produce 140 KMT of olive oil in the current 2020/21 crop year although falling short of 60 KMT compared to the record-high 2018/19 season. With the current harvest yield estimation, Morocco is set to exceed the olive oil production of Tunisia, Turkey, and Portugal. Morocco exports about $218 million worth of olives and olive oil combined and one-third of these products are shipped to Spain and Italy.
