Due to the dryness of the Paraná River, Paraguay completed the export of raw materials through the Río de la Plata

Thanks to coordination with the Argentine and Brazilian governments, the Yacyretá dam lock was opened, and Paraguay was able to export 115K tons of agricultural products.
This way, with the opening of the Yacyretá lock, the passage of 104 barges was completed, with more than 115K tons of goods, which represents U$ 45M.
The cargo composed of corn, soybeans, wheat, and rice sailed to the Río de la Plata to later access different international markets.
