Fresh Cuttlefish Prices Increased by 8.5% WoW During W13 in the Italian Market

In W13, prices for fresh Cuttlefish (Seppia officinalis) in the Italian Rome market (Adriatic Sea GSA 17-18 Catch) surged by 8.5% week-on-week (WoW) to USD 15.17 to 17.34 per kilogram (kg), driven by the Easter season. This marked a notable increase from W12 prices of USD 14.63 to 15.98/kg. However, it is anticipated that prices will decrease in W14 following heightened demand in the days leading up to the Easter holidays.
