Ghana government will announce fixed price for 21/22 cashew in December

The Tree Crop Development Authority (TCDA) intimated that a new minimum fixed price for cashew in the 2021-2022 season will be announced by the agriculture ministry in December this year. Stakeholders in the supply chain including aggregators and traders are skeptical about the government's ability to regulate its implementation.
