Health trend drives up demand and production for Thai avocados

Increased public interest in healthy eating and dietary habits has helped popularize avocados in Thailand. Demand for the fruit has grown by over 50% year over year for the past 3 years, and farmers in Thailand are taking notice with most avocado farms and plantations now operational in the North Western provinces of the country. Farms in the North Eastern region are also focusing on 100% pure avocado oil production as well.
