Hungary expects record-high corn output

Officials in Hungary confirm that 96% of the corn harvest has been completed with a record-high harvest yield average of 8.66 tons per hectare and the estimation is to have an 8.3 million tons production output at the end of the harvest season.
As for the wheat expectation, the country estimates to have an output of about 5 million tons, and close to 2 million tons are expected to be allocated to exports.
The sunflower seed expectation is to have a production output of 1.74 million tons by the end of the harvest season with an average yield of 2.84 tons per hectare.
