Indonesian Fresh Mangosteen Exporters Report a Successful 2022/23 Season

Indonesian exporters of fresh mangosteen have expressed satisfaction with the result of the 2022/23 season exports. Shipments increased almost double until the end of the season in June, primarily driven by the Chinese market. The fruit quality was high, accompanied by a good yield and favorable prices, leading to increased purchases by Chinese buyers. The upcoming 2023/24 season is anticipated to commence in September 2023.
