Indonesia desiccated coconut production decreasing until end of 2021

The production of desiccated coconut has shown a downward trend since September and is expected to slow down until the end of 2021. Logistical problems had decreased the export volume of coconut milk, thus leading to a decline in production. The production of desiccated coconut also has declined, since it is a by-product of coconut cream and coconut milk.
