Iranian fish and seafood exports exceed 23,000 tons in Q1, 2020

Iran has exported over 23,400 tons of fish and seafood products during the first three months of the current fiscal year generating over $37 million in value.
Along with the fish, Iran has exported 600 tons of caviar generating a revenue of $727,000 in the same period.
The main fish and seafood exports included products such as salmon, trout, crab, and shrimps mainly to Germany, Japan, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates, China, Hong Kong, Russia, Thailand, Azerbaijan Republic, Qatar, Kuwait, Armenia.
On the other hand, the country also imported 3,300 tons of fish products worth almost $7 million.
