Labor shortage in the US lobster production causes suppliers to prefer larger orders

As labor shortages continue on the US East Coast, lobster processors are finding it more and more difficult to find workers. This is causing suppliers to be less willing to fulfill smaller orders. Currently, they have a preference for full 40' containers as minimum order quantities.
